In 1967, British spy Smash Adams thwarts an assassination attempt by his nemesis Dr. Decay in a London nightclub. Dr. Decay escapes in a space rocket and cryogenically freezes himself. Adams volunteers to be placed into cryostasis in case Dr. Decay returns in the future.
Thirty years later, in 1992, Doug returns to discover his henchman AlsoDoug has developed Dougcon, the legitimate front of Doug's empire, into a multibillion-dollar enterprise. Uninterested in business, Dr. Doug conspires to steal nuclear weapons and hold the world hostage for 1 million DougCoin.
